Giveaway: New Tricks by David Rosenfelt

Thanks to Valerie from Hachette I am able to offer up to 3 copies of this book to give away on my blog!

Here is a summary of New Tricks from the Hachette website:

Attorney Andy Carpenter is about to represent an adorable Bernese mountain dog puppy, whose owner was brutally murdered, in a custody fight. Few can rival Andy's affection for dogs, and he's determined to keep Waggy from falling into the wrong hands. But this playful pup possesses a valuable secret that some people will resort to violence to obtain. It will take more than Andy's usual courtroom theatrics to save Waggy, including help from the lawyer's golden retriever, Tara. Andy soon discovers that everyone around him is in danger, including his longtime girlfriend, Laurie--and only some high-risk new tricks will save those he cherishes most.

Now on with the giveaway!

I will be giving away one book for every 10 entries with a maximum of three books to give away.

To enter this contest you must be at least 18 and live in the U.S. or Canada. No PO Boxes please.

For one entry leave me a comment including your email address below.

For two additional entries, blog about this contest or add the link to your sidebar.

Do you have a special pet?  For an additional entry let me know the name of your special friend and what type of pet it is.  If you don't have a pet let me know what kind of pet you've always been interesting in having.

You can earn a total of 4 entries but please include your email so I will have a way to contact you if you win.

You will have until August 13th to enter and I will draw for winners on August 14th.

Good luck everyone!

I have 2 dogs and one crazy fatcat all rescues.
MJ is a 10 year old Golden Retriever who is my shy Di. She loves attention just not from new people it has to be on her terms.
Spencer is a 12 year old German Shorthaired Pointer who prances around the house like a puppy.
CB the fat cat is 9 years old. I was not a cat lover until him. He actually picked me at the shelter by tapping me on the shoulder when I was not looking his way.
Love & Hugs,
Pam

I have had dogs, cats and birds and loved them all. Right now, I have two cockateils, Squeaky (he acts like an old man sometimes but I love it best when his eyes get soft) and Speckles (the youngster, he is the mischievous one who always sings good morning and good night.

I have an almost 4 year old dog named Lolo. She's a boston terrier/daschund mix who thinks she's not a dog, she enjoys car rides, cuddling with her soft blankets, hoging the bed, and eating.

We have two cats we rescued from the pound. They are both FIV positive so they require special loving but we wouldn't have it any other way.

My favorite pet is my Snoodle Sandy (Schnauzer plus Poodle) who is going to be 19 years old on October 1st. He is very smart and can read my mind sometimes....he is still active and we go for walks most every evening. Since I retired 14 years ago we have been together 24/7. He is my best friend.

I rescued a mutt, half husky, half sheperd from a shelter. Her name is Lucky and she is 13 years old. It's hard to see her get old, but she still manages to get up onto her couch and sleep. Yes, she has her own couch.
I think when that fateful day comes, I will foster dogs instead. Help more of them out that way.
Thanks for the contest.
